Request: Ciara vs Juri

Ciara and a particularly nerdy version of Juri have been tied up in their own little predicament: a tug of war!

In this "game", both participants have their panties tied to a single weight via pulley: one that weighs more than either, but less than both. They also have scissors placed in front of them.
They have to pull themselves forward to reach them though, making themselves and their opponent go through even more pain.
The first one to cut their rope gets to go free, while the other either gets left hanging or has their panties rip from the sudden force of the falling weight.


...Unless if someone's panties rip from the tension first.  Maybe 180 pounds was a little too much?
And if you're wearing briefs instead, well, those tend to rip less easily...  So Ciara might be up there for a while.
